Hi Ian! I checked your account and it looks like you have a Ploybook called "Claire Demo Request Auto-Reply and Scheduling" that runs every 5 minutes. This is where the majority of your credits were spent.

If you'd like to keep this Ploybook scheduled, I'd recommend reducing the frequency and potentially setting the agent to "Ploy Lite" to run the Ploybook more cost efficiently

You'll have to pay for this separately but it's pretty cheap

Hey Tom! For this use case, you'll want to set up your own email sending. We use resend.com so we'd recommend that! Just make a Resend account and ask the Ploy agent to set it up for you 🙂
