How to whitelist emails sent by a Ploy site
I need guidance from Ploy on allowing site-generated emails through recipient filters.
Biggest blocker for ploy I am having is the whitelisting of emails being sent by a ploy site. Can anyone from Ploy help me with this?

No, I am getting the emails but they are ploy branded emails. How do I customize the emails that are sent. My main startup is looking to use ploy for our landing page but I run a small side web agency and have clients I want to move to ploy.
I just want my clients to not have to see the ploy branded emails when a contact form is submitted by a visitor to the site
Can you send me a screenshot of a few of the emails you are talking about?
Funny that this is my number one complaint with Ploy so far.
Hey Tom! For this use case, you'll want to set up your own email sending. We use resend.com so we'd recommend that! Just make a Resend account and ask the Ploy agent to set it up for you 🙂
You'll have to pay for this separately but it's pretty cheap
@Lorenzo Gentile thanks for the quick support. We use resend for transactional messages for my company so I could do that, was just hoping there was a way to customize the default with a template or something. Thanks
