Can I transfer sites after publishing from my account

My setup:
I have 2 sites built in an org in my account, that I'm paying for while I build it. We're getting them live this week with an extra one being built in the meantime.
The clients don't want me to manage them 😞, they want their own Ploy account (quoted at $50 per month for the workspace with 3 sites).
❓ Can I add the DNS settings and publish live while they're in MY account
and THEN
Transfer the org easily to their own account once all the edits are done.
OR
Should I transfer them first, set up payments and then I will be an admin.
My concern is that if I have to go over the 4000 credits while I'm in their account, they will get billed rather than me. So ideally I'd like to get them live in my account, complete the build using credits I'm paying for, and then transfer to them once it's completed, is this possible?

Yes, you can do it when it's on your account. It will be the same DNS on their account.
For transferring the workspace, it can be done with a support request to <mailto:[redacted email]|[redacted email]> and we will be able to proceed with the change requested.
