Launching Nokkam Transformation Partners with Ploy

I'm Naga, based in Chennai, India. After nearly 25 years leading technology delivery, enterprise transformation and global client relationships, I've recently taken the entrepreneurial leap and founded Nokkam Transformation Partners Private Limited.

At Nokkam, we're focused on a challenge I've seen repeatedly throughout my career: organisations invest heavily in transformation programs, but often struggle to translate plans into actual execution and outcomes.

We're building a founder-led consulting business around three core areas:

I've also been using Ploy to build and launch Nokkam's website, and it's been quite a journey taking the business from an idea to a functioning digital presence. The website is now live, with our specialist consulting pages, enquiry forms and Google indexing in place!
