Building Codeward's launch strategy with Ploy

Hey all, I'm Kelvin — founder of Codewardcodeward.cloud, based in Kenya.
Codeward is an AI powered code review and technical debt management platform — basically runs like a team of specialized reviewers on every pull request, catching security issues, architecture drift, and tech debt before code merges.
We're pre-launch right now, and I've been using Ploy to get from zero to our first customers: mapped out a $0→$10k MRR strategy, found engineers actively frustrated with noisy AI reviewers (CodeRabbit, Copilot, etc.) and turned that into a lead list, drafted outreach for the strongest ones.
