Expanding visitor enrichment, integrations, and intent scoring
Questions cover targeting controls, Salesforce routing, page-level activity, webhook exports, and shared credit usage.
Hey team,
We’re looking to scale our use of Ploy’s Visitors functionality and had a few questions/requests:
- Richer enrichment filters
The available enrichment conditions feel limited compared with our current vendor. We’d like more targeting controls—e.g. industry, company/person type, page activity, and other visitor attributes already visible in the Visitors view.
- Native Salesforce integration
Is a native Salesforce integration planned? We can use webhooks if needed, but a direct integration would simplify routing visitor and intent data into our CRM.
- ABM intent scoring
Ploy mentions identifying and scoring intent, including alerts when target accounts become “hot.” What is the recommended way to configure this today? In particular, can we define scoring based on repeat visits and specific high-intent pages?
- Export/webhook activity detail
Can webhooks or exports include the individual pages a visitor viewed—not only aggregate visit counts? That page-level activity is important for our Salesforce and N8N workflows.
- Visitor-enrichment credits
Can you confirm whether visitor enrichment credits draw from the same shared credit pool as our plan, and how we should estimate/manage that usage?
Thanks—happy to share more detail on our desired workflow if useful.

Nice to meet you Rob!
Short answers:
- We do not yet offer a fully flexible rule builder across every visitor attribute, so the richer controls you listed are valid product feedback.
- We are currently working on a Salesforce integration, not yet ready for making accessible to everyone.
- For ABM scoring intent, maybe we can speak that in private together. Share me your goal and expected report and I will guide you step by step.
- Visitor CSV export doesn't include these informations for now, but take this also as feedback for future improvements.
- Yes. Visitor enrichment uses shared organization credits, each workspace can have its own monthly enrichment cap in settings so you can limit it. Raising that cap does not add credits. Use the cap and enrichment conditions to control usage.
Hope this answer you well, I'll provide most of your questions as product feedback.
Thanks Jason.
Re: #3 (ABM scoring) -@Jason we're looking to do what you describe on the ABM page - ploy.ai/features/account-based-marketing
